Shipping & payment

1. Shipping costs

At yana-nesper.de, there are no shipping costs within Germany.
For EFTA countries we charge EUR 15,00. The shipping is free for an order amount above EUR 500,00.
For the USA we charge EUR 85,00.

Notice for customers from Switzerland and non-EFTA countries:
Please note that for deliveries to Switzerland and countries outside the EFTA (such as the USA or the United Kingdom), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These costs are not covered by yana-nesper.de and must be borne by the recipient.

2. Delivery

Delivery of stock items will be done by DHL & to the USA by FedEx from stock to the delivery address given by the customer.

3. Payment

All prices include 19 percent VAT. The prices at the time of the order are valid. The period of validity of our limited offers can be found where they are displayed in the yana-nesper.de store. The purchase price is due after conclusion of the contract. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, giropay, cash on delivery or prepayment. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged upon completion of the order. 

4. Return

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
